Sadness Vs Happiness

It's hard to say that I'm sad,
And it's hard to say that you got wright!
You just can notice when I'm not OK,
But it feels strange listening you to ask me why,

You are the reason about my sadness!
Perhaps, In another way,
You are the reason about my happiness!

So, is this possible?
Can someone mean sadness and happiness at the same time, to another people!???
